                                        Tuesday's - 1st Class - 7:00 - 8:00pm Karate Juniors

                                                           2nd Class - 8:15 - 9:15pm Karate Adults and Senior Grades only!!!

                   

                                        Thursday's - 7:30 - 9:00pm  Dragons Self Defence - 13 +

                   

                                        Sunday's - 1st Class -  12:30 - 1:30pm Karate Adults & Juniors

                                                          2nd Class - 1:30 - 2:30pm Karate Adults and Senior Grades Only!!!

The beauty of Self Defence is that this style of self defence is open to Adults / anyone, Large, Small, Novice or Experienced.  However by young we mean 13 Years +

This class has been and will always be solely MSC.  We have a wide range of students coming from normal walks of life, as well as the Martial Arts World.

Here at Tameside Freestyle Karate, we hold honest family values, teach traditional Karate and have instructors who want you to succeed in your journey.

Karate = Basics Moves, Kata, Kumite, In-House Competitions, Special Events, Seminars & Weekend Training Events!!!

Self Defence= Basic Moves, Pattern Work 1 - 30 depending on what level your at, Pressure Point Work, Throws and much more!!

Also Keep Fit Classes - Martial Arts Style.

Club Also available for women's groups in Self Defence.
